/Where We Ship

Canadian Cellular Communication (CCC) ships to addresses within Canada only. We deliver to all ten provinces and three territories, including PO boxes and rural routes served by Canada Post.

We do not ship internationally, including to the United States, and we cannot ship to freight forwarders for delivery outside Canada. Orders placed with a shipping address outside Canada will be cancelled and refunded in full.

/Our Carrier

All orders are shipped via Canada Post. Every shipment includes tracking, and devices are shipped with signature confirmation where applicable for your protection.

/Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched from our Calgary location within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays). Each refurbished device is tested and inspected once more before it leaves our shop.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM MT, or on weekends and holidays, begin processing the next business day. During peak periods (e.g., Black Friday, the holiday season), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Exact shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your postal code and the weight and dimensions of your order. Delivery estimates are provided by Canada Post and begin once your order has been dispatched — they do not include our processing time. Remote and northern communities may require additional transit time.

Free local pickup: Prefer not to wait for delivery? Choose free in-store pickup at checkout and collect your order from either of our Calgary locations — usually ready the same day.

We'll email you as soon as your order is ready. Please bring a copy of your order confirmation and valid government-issued photo ID matching the name on the order.

/Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your Canada Post tracking number. You can follow your package at canadapost.ca. Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking events to appear.

/Delivery Issues, Delays & Lost Packages

  • Delays: Once a package is with Canada Post, delivery timing is outside our control. Weather, service disruptions, and peak-season volume can extend delivery times. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
  • Incorrect address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment — additional shipping charges may apply.
  • Lost or missing packages: If your tracking hasn't updated for 5 business days, or your package is marked delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 7 days. We'll open a service ticket with Canada Post and work with you on a resolution.
  • Damaged in transit: If your order arrives damaged, keep all original packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can file a claim and make it right.

/Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to change your address or cancel? Contact us as soon as possible. We can update or cancel an order any time before it has been dispatched. Once a tracking number has been issued, the order can no longer be modified — but you're covered by our return policy.
