7-Day Return & Refund Policy

At Canadian Cellular Communication, your satisfaction matters to us. The terms below explain when a return is possible, what fees apply, and how your refund is handled.

Return Window

  • You have 7 days to start a return, counted from the day your order is delivered (per the carrier’s tracking) or the day you pick it up in store.
  • Once this window closes, we are no longer able to accept the item back.

Defective on Arrival — Full Refund

  • If your product shows a genuine fault when it arrives, you are entitled to a 100% refund or an exchange — your choice.
  • In this case, we pay the return shipping, and your original delivery charge is refunded as well.
  • Let us know about the problem before sending anything back — a quick photo or video of the fault helps us confirm it and get your refund moving faster.
  • A full refund applies only when the fault is confirmed by our inspection and the item shows no signs of misuse, drops, liquid exposure, or third-party repair.

Changed Your Mind?

  • If the product works fine but simply isn’t what you wanted, you can still send it back within the 7-day window.
  • These returns carry a 10% restocking and inspection fee, deducted from your refund.
  • Shipping the item back is at your own expense, and the delivery fee from your original order is not refunded.
  • The product must come back complete and in the same condition we sent it — box, charger, cables, and all included accessories.

Inspection & Deductions

  • Every returned item goes through a check before any refund is released.
  • Refunds may be reduced — or the return declined — if the item arrives with missing accessories, new damage, signs of tampering, or an active account lock (iCloud, Google, or carrier).

Before You Send Anything Back

  • Every return needs our approval first — contact us with your order number and the reason for the return before shipping.
  • Choose a tracked shipping service and keep your proof of postage; we can’t be responsible for packages lost on the way back.
  • Sign out of all accounts and factory reset the device so our team can process it without delays.
  • Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of passing inspection.
  • These terms cover orders placed on our website and purchases from our Glendale and Chinatown stores. Items bought through outside marketplaces are governed by that platform’s own policy.
